Medicaid is a federal and state insurance program that provides health coverage for qualifying children, pregnant women, parents, seniors, and individuals with disabilities.

 

Who qualifies for Medicaid?

  1. Medicaid is available to individuals who are eligible based on the income requirements.
  2. Medicaid helps people afford medical care they would not otherwise be able to pay for.
  3. Many low-income individuals and families are able to take advantage of Medicaid.
  4. You can apply for Medicaid through the Healthcare Marketplace.
